to comply with the rules on admission and enrollment of Poltava University of Economics and Trade;
to notify the University Admission office if there are any changes in my personal data or intentions to apply (including changes of the Course or Year of Study).

I understand that:

must fully declare all studies undertaken in this application;
the University can vary or cancel any decision it makes if the information I have given is incorrect, incomplete or misleading;
the University has the right to reject my application in case if I do not have full Senior School / High Secondary School Education and apply for Pre-University (Foundation) Course or Bachelor’s Degree Course; if I do not have Bachelor’s Degree Diploma (3 or 4 years of studies) and apply for Master’s Degree Course; if I do not have Master’s Degree Diploma (2 years of studies) and apply for PhD Course;
the University doesn’t admit based on O-level, A-level, GRE, IB or any other equivalent of Secondary or Tertiary Education;
if any information about my previously obtained qualifications (level of education) is discovered to be untrue or misleading in any respect, I consent to the University collecting, storing and disclosing this information to the corresponding bodies of Ministry of Education of Ukraine and other bodies, and I understand that my enrollment and visa for study at PUET may be cancelled;
I am responsible for payment of all the tuition fees by the due dates, specified in my study contract (signed upon arrived to the University) and for my living expenses. I cannot ask the University to assist with these costs. University doesn’t provide scholarships or sponsorship;
I must cover the cost of invitation foe studies prior to getting it in hard copy to apply for study visa. I have the right to address to authorized and non-authorized Agents/Companies for assistance in enrollment to the University, which doesn’t influence on decision of the University about my admission;
University doesn’t issue visas for study in Ukraine. I apply for study visa to the nearest Embassy of Ukraine in my or neighboring country independently or with Agent’s/Company’s assistance. University doesn’t take any responsibility for Agent’s/Company’s services, policies and procedures;
dy visa to Ukraine doesn’t provide international students with the right to apply for work permit in Ukraine.
